Why Early Access?

“This game is being developed by a small group of students at a university. The end of the semester is our deadline, so we will have to release the game whether we are ready or not. We decided to do early access to give us the ability to finish the game after the deadline. This also has the benefit of opening us to community feedback, which will be very helpful!”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“This game will stay in early access until we are satisfied with the base content of the game. The scope of the project is relatively small, but we will take the time we need to flesh extra bits out. We estimate this could take up to a year.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In the full version of the game, we are planning on having more features, such as more enemies, weapons, and upgrades. Sound effects and music is planned to be fully implemented. Art and animation is planned to be complete.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently the game is in an alpha stage of development. We are still working on adding new content, art implementation, and much more. currently, we have some basic player movement mechanics, an enemy, and weapon swapping. We do not have enemy spawning, weapon upgrading, and enemy variety. ”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“At this point, we do not plan to change the price at full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will be posting a few development videos on youtube and asking for feedback on content. You can reach out in the comments of the dev logs as they release to give feedback and suggestions.”
