Recruit from the women who walk through your door. Pay them fairly, keep them happy, and watch your operation grow from a one-man show into a fully staffed establishment. Your hired staff will serve guests on your behalf, keep the tavern running, and — if things go well between you — might want something more than just a paycheck.

Manage Your Tavern Serve ale to guests, earn gold, and keep your Tavern Rating high. Let it slip too far and you'll find yourself out on the street.

Hire & Manage Staff Recruit up to three workers. Pay their daily wage, manage their needs, or let them go and find someone new.
