A city sim stripped to its essentials and pushed somewhere new. No popups. No budget spreadsheets. No fires to put out. Just zoning, roads, and a city that responds.

Every vehicle, every commuter, every truck calculates its own path. Every four bars, the whole city reroutes around your decisions, in time with the music.

The city has a pulse. Traffic flows on the eighth notes. Heavily trafficked streets glow red in unison on the half. The whole city moves in time with the music — or the music moves in time with the city. They're the same thing.

The base state is dark techno at 130. When the city tips euphoric, the soundtrack drops into 170 jungle. When it slides toward unrest, the music tells you that too.
