Return to the Baltimore & Ohio’s legendary “West End” and take on ten authentic Career scenarios inspired by real railroad operations across the rugged Alleghany Mountains.

Created by High Iron Simulations, B&O Mountain Subdivision Scenario Pack 02 turns back the clock to pre-Chessie System railroading from the early 1960s through the early 1970s. Across Baltimore and Ohio and Western Maryland territory, handle heavy coal drags, local turns, empty hopper movements and demanding mountain work using classic diesel power including B&O EMD F7s, GP7s, GP9s and SD35s, rare Baldwin RF16 “Sharknose” diesels, and Western Maryland EMD GP35s.

At the heart of the pack is the five-part Alleghany Coal sequence, an end-to-end October 1965 eastbound coal run from Grafton toward Cumberland. Command an A-B-B-A set of B&O F7s, work with rear helpers and battle Newburg, Cranberry and Seventeen Mile grades while crossing the Alleghany high plateau. Elsewhere, work the B&O Keyser Turn and Terra Alta Turn with set-out and pick-up duties, guide empties across the route’s rollercoaster grades, take B&O Baldwin RF16s toward Austen Mine, and haul Western Maryland coal from the Georges Creek Subdivision to Knobmount.

From Cumberland Terminal and Keyser to Grafton, Terra Alta, Altamont, M&K Junction and Westernport, Scenario Pack 02 delivers varied, era-authentic freight operations across one of America’s most celebrated mountain railroads.

Please Note: B&O Mountain Subdivision: Cumberland - Grafton Route Add-On and B&O Mountain Subdivision Retro Pack are required, as separate purchases, in order to play the scenarios featured in this add-on. Two scenarios additionally require the Western Maryland Railway Retro Pack.

The B&O Mountain Subdivision is a large and extensively detailed route; use of the 64-bit version of Train Simulator Classic is recommended for best results.
