If there is any conflict between this EULA and the Steam Subscriber Agreement, the Steam Subscriber Agreement takes precedence.By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. 1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Developer grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use one copy of the Game on your personal computer or supported device solely for non-commercial, entertainment purposes.

2. Restrictions
You agree that you will not, and will not assist others to:
-Reverse Engineer: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive source code from the Game, except as permitted by applicable law.
-Commercialize: Rent, lease, sell, trade, publish, or commercially exploit the Game or its keys without explicit authorization from the Developer.
-Modify: Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Game, except through official developer-supported tools (like level editors) provided under their own specific rules.
-Cheat/Exploit: Use unauthorized third-party programs, cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or mods that interfere with the intended online or offline gameplay experience.

2a.Leaderboard Manipulation
You agree not to manipulate, falsify, inject, or artificially alter any in-game statistics, scores, or telemetry data transmitted to the online leaderboards. The use of memory editors (e.g., Cheat Engine), packet sniffers, or automated scripts to spoof leaderboard entries is strictly prohibited.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Developer and its licensors own all title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game. The Game is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. All rights not explicitly granted to you under this EULA are reserved by the Developer.

4. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies from your system.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.6. Updates to the EULA

By playing the Game, you acknowledge that the Game automatically tracks and collects gameplay statistics (such as high scores, play time, achievements, and completion metrics).
-Public Display: These statistics and your Steam display name/profile identifier may be transmitted to Steam servers and displayed publicly on global leaderboards.
-Usage: We use this data strictly to operate the leaderboard system and improve game balance.

We may modify this EULA from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated agreement on our Steam store page or in-game. Your continued use of the Game after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms.
