What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“I am bringing the game to Early Access to involve the community in making this game as amazing and fun as it can be. As a solo developer, getting direct feedback on the difficulty of the games, the economy management and the pacing of the quests & game progression is essential to making the final experience as polished as possible.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I plan for the game to be in Early Access for approximately 1 to 2 years at least. This timeframe will allow me to refine the core sandbox loops, replace placeholder assets with final versions, add entirely new games & stages as well as quests and systems that are not currently in place.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Currently a lot of the core features are present. However, stuff like the entire story as well as a lot of areas of the map and games are missing.
Throughout early access I'm planning to add the following:
-More games.
-More game mechanics.
-New playable Areas & Levels.
-Quest system
-Story & Multiple Endings depending on actions taken throughout the game.
-Optimization & improvement of currently existing content & systems.
-Much much more content!”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Right now, the game features a fully functional economy system with Cash, Debt, a membership card system that functions similar to a leveling system with its own unique take, a few gambling machines and the first "Level" of the map.
Plus a slap mechanic you have to try out!

The game currently acts more as a Sandbox.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I plan to gradually raise the price as i ship new content and features.
Bigger updates will more than likely come with a base game price increase as those will include entirely new level areas, games, quests and their own unique mechanics.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I will be actively moderating and participating in the forums to collect bug reports, balance feedback, and feature suggestions. This will be my primary hub for structured discussions.
I want to be able to discuss about features and see what the player like and dislike to see how i can improve this game further and make it the best possible experience it can be!
(Following closely on the original vision of the game ofcourse)”

About This Game

Welcome to the most unhinged casino you've ever walked into, run by totally not suspicious people!

Gambling Simulator: Win It All or Lose It All is a first-person gambling simulator dripping with personality, secrets, and machines that are definitely not rigged.

What happens throughout the game is entirely up to you!

Work your way up from a broke newcomer scraping together your first $15,000 to a VIP whale rubbing elbows with the most degenerate NPCs alive. Play slots, Gachapon, Video Poker, and a growing roster of original mini-games, each with their own twisted logic, hidden personalities, and secrets that reward the curious.

But the deeper you go, the more the casino asks of you. Low on cash? No problem. You can sell your furniture. Your car. Your marriage papers. Maybe your soul? The pop-ups are always friendly about it though!

Currently in Early Access. New mini-games, floors/levels, and secrets are added regularly.

Game Features:

  • A living casino with personality — Full of NPCs, very bright neon colors and gambling machines that are waiting for you to give them a go!

  • Mini-games — Slots, Video Poker, Gachapon! Pick whichever feels best to make it big! (many more coming soon!)

  • Escalating stakes and Objections! — When you're broke, the casino gets creative. You'll get a second chance if you choose to take it by Objecting! All it takes is a small... donation. If not, you pack up and accept the game-over, leaving you even more broke than when you entered!

  • Moral Matters — Go from decent human being to absolute society scum. Your actions throughout the game will change your Moral standing. The machines and NPCs notice...

  • Multiple currencies — Cash, Membership Card Value, Debt, Coupons, and your Membership Tier all interact in surprising ways with the rest of the casino's mechanics!

  • Filled with Secrets and Easter Eggs — This one is up to you to discover!

  • Replayability — When starting a new game, a couple of parameters get generated every time resulting in a very different starting scenario. Do you happen to have 3 kids? Do you own 4 cars? Smells like extra money, wouldn't you agree?

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

This game currently includes a few 2D Image AI-generated assets (those include 5 of the slot machine's icons, 7 character portraits displayed on the main hallway, the main menu background image & current thumbnail) used as placeholders during the Early Access phase. These assets are scheduled to be replaced with original, non-AI artwork in a future content update. No AI tools are used for live, runtime content generation.

Mature Content Description

The developers describe the content like this:

This game contains a (stylized) fancy, yet sometimes dark, high-stakes casino environment. Mature themes include psychological horror, simulated gambling, and the permanent physical transformation of the player character as he gambles literally everything to make cash, get rich or just lose it all trying.
