Why Early Access?

“We chose Early Access to involve the community in the development of NIVO and shape the game together with our players.
Our goal is to release a solid core experience first and then expand it with new maps, creatures, and gameplay features based on player feedback.

Early Access allows us to test balance, difficulty, and performance with real players while continuing to improve the game over time.
We believe this approach will help us create a more polished and fun co-op horror experience.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect N.I.V.O to remain in Early Access for approximately 6 to 12 months, depending on player feedback and development progress.

Our goal is to keep the game in Early Access until the core experience is complete and polished, including the planned additional content such as Part 2 and Part 3 with new maps and features.

We want to ensure the game reaches a quality level that both we and the community are happy with before moving to the full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version of N.I.V.O is planned to expand on the core experience introduced in Early Access.
We aim to add more maps (such as Part 2 and Part 3), new creatures, and additional gameplay mechanics based on player feedback.

We also plan to improve overall balance, performance, and polish, as well as enhance visuals, sound design, and user experience over time.

Our goal is to grow NIVO into a more complete and refined co-op horror experience while keeping the fun and chaotic gameplay at its core.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version of N.I.V.O offers a complete and playable core experience.
Players can access the first set of maps and experience the main gameplay loop, including collecting items, feeding the AI-driven monster, and avoiding smaller creatures that chase the players.

The game is already fully functional in co-op mode, and we are actively working on improving performance, balance, and overall polish based on player feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We currently do not plan to change the price during or after Early Access.
Players who purchase NIVO in Early Access will receive all future updates and content at no additional cost.

Our focus is on improving and expanding the game rather than adjusting the price.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to involve the community by actively listening to player feedback and using it to guide future updates and improvements.

Players will be able to share their ideas, report issues, and suggest new features through community discussions and social platforms.
We aim to use this feedback to help shape new maps, gameplay balance, and overall quality of the experience during Early Access.

Our goal is to develop N.I.V.O together with the community and make it a better and more fun co-op horror game over time.”

About This Game

N.I.V.O is a cooperative horror-thriller game where four conscious robots struggle to survive inside an abandoned factory filled with anomalies and hostile machines.

Long ago, this factory was a fully operational production facility. Over time, mysterious malfunctions and anomalies caused most robots to lose control — turning them into aggressive creatures. Only four robots gained true consciousness. Now, to stay alive, they must explore different levels of the factory and feed a powerful entity known as the Television Robot.

This creature is not just a monster — it is the key to survival.

🤖 Core Gameplay

  • Co-op survival for up to 4 players
    Work together to explore dangerous factory floors and complete objectives while avoiding hostile robots.

  • Feed the Television Robot
    Players must collect specific items scattered across each level and bring them to the creature before time runs out.

  • Aggressive enemy robots
    Small hostile robots roam the factory, attacking players and disrupting their tasks.

  • Dynamic shop system

Some factory levels introduce extreme temperature mechanics:

  • Cold zones can freeze your robot’s systems.

Players must manage their movement and resources carefully to avoid shutting down in dangerous environments.

Each level offers unique layouts and challenges. While not every map includes environmental hazards, many introduce new mechanics and unexpected events that keep the gameplay tense and unpredictable.
