Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We do not currently have a fixed timeline for leaving Early Access. The timing will depend on player feedback, development progress, and when we believe the game is ready for a full release. We will share updates with the community as development progresses.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The core Origins experience will be available during Early Access. As development continues, we plan to introduce new features, more content, and make a wider variety of cards accessible to players. Community feedback will help us refine how that content is introduced while we improve balance, progression, and the overall experience.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Origins already features a robust competitive experience built around fast-paced online matches, simultaneous turns, three dynamic lanes, and a large pool of rotating locations with abilities that shake up the game. Early Access will build on that foundation by releasing new features and giving players access to more meaningful, tradable collectible rewards. We will continue to expand our playable card pool, refine balance, and improve the overall experience with help from the community.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No. Origins Trading Card Game will remain free-to-play and free-to-compete forever. Both during Early Access and after its full release. Early Access will feature some premium paid features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback will continue to be central to the development of Origins throughout Early Access. We will keep asking for feedback through Discord, Steam discussions, and playtest feedback forms. That input will help us improve the competitive metagame, refine balance and progression, expand card accessibility, and shape future content and expansion sets. We are building Origins alongside our players to create a competitive trading card game they will want to keep playing and collecting forever.”
