Why Early Access?

“Typomon Hunter is a typing game where balance is everything — sentence difficulty, monster stats, ability tuning, encounter rates, and progression pacing all need to feel right across a wide range of typing skill levels. Early Access lets us put the game in players' hands to gather real data and feedback on that balance. We also plan to add online PvP multiplayer during this period, and want to build and test that feature alongside an active community.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Approximately 4 to 6 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We intend to add online PvP multiplayer with matchmaking and ranked ladders. We also plan to refine monster balance, ability tuning, and difficulty scaling based on player feedback. Additional Typomon species, abilities, quests, accessories, and biomes may be added depending on community interest. We plan to present a polished, well-balanced experience shaped directly by Early Access players.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The core game is fully playable from start to finish. It includes 90+ Typomon species with unique powers and abilities, 8 elemental types, evolution, dual-type fusion, word forging, a 6-tier bond system, procedural dungeon crawling across 16 biomes, 8 bosses, 5 trainer battles, over 10,000 typing sentences, 30+ accessories, 40+ quests, 10 glitch mode mutators, a local VS battle mode with ELO ranking, and a vanity shop with 55 cosmetic items. All single-player content is complete and functional.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No. We are not planning on changing the price when we leave Early Access. Early supporters get the full game at the same price as everyone else.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We are launching a dedicated Discord server for bug reports, balance feedback, and feature suggestions. Monster stats, ability effects, encounter rates, and progression pacing will all be actively tuned based on community input. PvP multiplayer will be developed and tested with direct player involvement. Players who participate in Early Access will have a real impact on the final shape of the game.”

Dr. Professor — the world's most reckless professional — clicked a suspicious email and infected the entire system with digital monsters. Now it's up to you, a skilled typist with zero patience, to dive into the corrupted network, defeat the Hoople Organization, and type her way to the source of the infection.
