But you did not come to Sefton just to work. You took the night shift to get inside. Your brother vanished there and every shift is a chance to look for him.

Yet every minute spent investigating is a minute stolen from your patients.

And at Sefton, patients you fail to save do not always stay dead. Every loss haunts the hospital and makes it even more dangerous.

You have the fate of many lives in your hands. The only question is: who will you save?!

Every night brings a new wave of emergencies.

Examine your patients, assess their condition and choose the right treatment to stabilize them before they deteriorate.

Every treatment takes time. One mistake, One hesitation or the wrong treatment can make a crisis worse.

With time running out and supplies running low, you must decide who to treat. Keep in mind one thing:

You will not be able to save everyone.

Investigate in secret

Use your shifts to explore the forbidden west wing and uncover what happened to your brother.

Piece together the truth through the evidence you find. But the deeper you dig, the more dangerous Sefton becomes. You must choose what to carry out and what to leave behind.

All night long, presences stalk the forbidden corridors. They react to unusual sounds, spot careless movement and hunt anything they spot.

You have no weapon. Hide, keep out of sight or try to shake your pursuers.
