About This Game

LIE, INVESTIGATE, VOTE, AND SURVIVE THE NIGHT

AL-Mafia is an online social deduction game where every player has a hidden role, every night creates new clues, and every vote can change the match.

During the day, players discuss, accuse, defend themselves, and vote out the person they believe is Mafia.

During the night, active roles physically leave their beds, move through the map, perform their actions, and return before the night ends.

Watch where players go. Listen to what they say. Decide who is lying.

HOW THE MATCH WORKS

Each match moves between day and night.

At night, role actions happen across the map. The Mafia hunts, the Doctor protects, the Detective investigates, and other roles can change the outcome.

During the day, everyone talks. Players can share information, hide the truth, mislead others, or accuse someone before the vote.

The goal is simple:

- Citizens must find and eliminate the Mafia.

- Mafia must deceive the group and survive.

- Extra roles can create completely different win conditions.

ROLES

Mafia

Eliminate players at night while avoiding suspicion. Mafia members can communicate through private text and voice channels while performing their role.

Doctor

Protect one player during the night and prevent them from being killed.

Detective

Investigate suspicious players and gather information to help identify the Mafia.

EXTRA ROLES

The host can enable extra roles before the match begins.

Police

Choose a player to shoot at night. A correct choice removes a Mafia member. A wrong choice kills an innocent player.

Silencer

A Mafia-team role that cannot kill. Once per match, the Silencer can stop one player from speaking during the next day.

Jester

The Jester wins by being voted out. Act suspicious, mislead the group, and convince players to eliminate you.

Twins

Two players share the same fate. If one Twin dies, the other dies too.

PHYSICAL NIGHT ACTIONS

Night actions are not just menu buttons.

When your role activates, your character leaves their bed and moves through the map to perform the action. Movement, timing, and location can become evidence during the next discussion.

Make your move, finish your task, and get back to bed before the night ends.

ACTIVE ELIMINATIONS

Voting out a player is not the end.

Eliminated players can still run. The remaining players must catch them, carry them to the map’s elimination area, and finish the elimination.

Each map has its own elimination method.

COMMUNICATION

AL-Mafia includes:

- Voice chat

- Text chat

- Private Mafia text chat

- Private Mafia voice chat

- Separate communication for alive and eliminated players

Use communication to coordinate, accuse, defend, deceive, or panic at the worst possible moment.

MAPS

Jazera

A remote island with a large ship where players sleep at night. Eliminated players are carried to the campfire.

Sahra

A desert map with three houses, open movement routes, and a vehicle trunk used for elimination.

More maps are planned for future updates.
