Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We intend to keep Clawmarks Purrsuit in Early Access approximately 12 months, until the journey from the dungeon to the throne room is fully polished and complete. Our goal is to move toward a full release as efficiently as possible, but we want to ensure that community feedback is properly integrated and every level meets a high standard of fun before crossing the finish line.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to be the complete the Dungeon to Throne experience. While the Early Access version focuses on the core gameplay and the opening chapter, the final release is planned to include:

New Castle Maps: A series of unique environments, each introducing its own distinct theme and specialized puzzle solving mechanics.

Story: A deeper narrative following Leo's journey, uncovering more of the story behind the invasion and his quest.

Reinforced Rat Armies: A wider variety of enemies, featuring new rat types with diverse combat styles.

The Grand Finale: The final showdown with the Evil Rat King to decide the fate of Mouse Town.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version features the fully playable core loop, including the initial dungeon levels. Players can master Leo’s movement and combat while facing the first waves of the rat army. All major systems, including platforming physics and primary traps, are fully implemented and ready for feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We want to reward the early supporters who join us at the start of Leo’s journey. As we add more levels, enemies, and features, the price will increase moderately to reflect the expanded content and the overall value of the full version at launch.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will be engaging with players right here on the Steam Community Hub. We appreciate everyone to share their thoughts on the gameplay and level design. Whether it’s balancing the rat swarms or polishing the platforming, your input will help shape the final version of the game.”
