What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“One of the core components of MoSim is its modding support, but upgrading our infrastructure to support multiple years of the league in a single application is a time-consuming process, so we wanted to get something out to the community so we can begin collecting feedback.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“MoSim will remain in early access for roughly 1-2 months, with a full modding release slated for mid-summer.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will include multi-game modding support, including an updated modding repo and potentially even a new and improved mod installation process powered by Steamworks.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Multi-season support is currently still in development, and is the single biggest hurdle remaining before creating a public release. Field optimization for the 2026 season is also unfinished and that has had a severe negative impact on performance in our testing, so release will also wait until after that is complete.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No, MoSim for Steam-supported platforms will remain free forever”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Bug reports and feature suggestions can be made through our Discord server or, alternatively, through the contact form on our website.”
