Idle Muscle Up is an idle-clicker game with arcade-style elements. Lift weights across a variety of worlds, build muscle, work as a courier to earn money, and compete in exciting mini-games. Winning competitions rewards you with gold, which can be spent to unlock loot boxes and acquire equipment. Equipment boosts your muscle-building efficiency.

This free demo contains some introductory content from the full version.

The demo features a gym world with five workouts in it, plus a carnival world where you can join boxing matches and pushing race competitions.
