Why Early Access?

“This game is independently developed by a single person, and I am also a new developer. Due to limited experience and manpower, there may be bugs, balance issues, or unpolished parts in the game even though the core gameplay is complete. That’s why I choose Early Access: to fix issues, optimize controls, adjust game rhythm, and add more content with your feedback and support. I will carefully listen to every suggestion and work with the community to make the game better and more stable for the full release.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We tentatively estimate the Early Access phase will last roughly 8–12 months after launch. There is no rigid fixed closing date, and the schedule could be shortened or extended depending on content completion status and community feedback. We will keep updating and polishing the game continuously until we reach our target quality standard for full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to enrich game content, refine controls, optimize game pacing, adjust balance and polish details as well as fix known bugs throughout Early Access development, aiming to deliver a more complete and refined full-version experience. All development goals may be adjusted according to community feedback and actual development situation.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The core gameplay is fully implemented, including resource gathering, base building, and day-night defense, supporting complete play sessions. Content is still being expanded and optimized; some details and balance will be improved in future updates based on player feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We currently intend to adjust the game price upward upon exiting Early Access to full launch. Any specific price change will be evaluated based on game content and development progress, and all players will be notified on the Steam store page well in advance before any price revision.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will regularly collect and carefully review player feedback and suggestions from both the Steam Community Hub and the in-game built-in feedback submission system. We optimize gameplay mechanics, tweak game balance and resolve existing bugs referencing real in-game player experience. We share ongoing development progress and patch plans through official patch notes on Steam, so community opinions directly guide iterative revisions and players can participate in co-improving the game alongside development.”

About This Game

Build by day, defend by night — a survival war against time.

In a world consumed by darkness, you command the last bastion of light. Each day, you have only minutes to chop wood, mine gold, build walls, and train troops. When the sun sinks below the horizon, monsters swarm from six directions — caves, waterways, and wildlands. Can you hold the line for 30 days and see the final dawn?

A full day-night cycle lasts 10 minutes. Sunlight means safety: chop wood, mine gold, hunt for food, construct buildings, upgrade your tech. When darkness falls, enemies surge from all sides — and your fortifications and troop positioning decide whether the fortress survives. Every sunrise is a relief you've earned with blood and steel.

Build your fortress from the ground up.

Construct and upgrade 6 core buildings, each vital to your survival strategy:

  • Castle — The heart of the fortress. Upgrading it unlocks new buildings, units, and techtiers.

  • Barracks— Training ground for melee units. Warriors and Lancers stand ready.

  • Archery Range— Training ground for Archers. Ranged fire support at your command.

  • Monastery — Training ground for Monks. Healing and dispel make the difference in prolonged battles.

  • Watchtower— Defensive fortification. Station Archers here for massive attack bonuses.

  • Cottage — Expands population cap, allowing you to field larger armies.

Command five unit types and master the art of war

Train and deploy 5 distinct units, each with unique upgrade paths and combat abilities:

Pawn:Handles resource gathering and fortress repairs. Able to switch between four specialized jobs: Lumberjack, Miner, Hunter and Repairman, serving as your core logistics backbone.

Warrior:Frontline damage dealer with Block and Combo abilities.

Archer:Ranged damage unit, deployable atop watchtowers.

Lancer:Garrison defensive troop, featuring damage reduction and thorns (damage reflection) passive effects.

Monk:Healer support, capable of healing allies and dispelling debuffs.
