Why Early Access?

“We chose Early Access because our product is still evolving, especially in the area of AI Agents. While the core features are already usable, we believe this is a direction that requires continuous refinement and iteration.

By releasing early, we hope to gather real feedback from users, understand practical use cases, and gradually improve the system to better meet user needs. Early Access allows us to build a more robust and useful product together with the community.”

Approximately how long will this software be in Early Access?

“We expect the app to remain in Early Access for approximately 6–12 months.
The exact timeline may vary depending on development progress and community feedback,
but our goal is to deliver a stable and feature-complete experience within this period.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan for the full version to include more mature and stable AI Agent capabilities, along with expanded functionality and improved user experience.

This may include enhancements to automation workflows, smarter document processing, better integration between modules, and overall performance improvements. Our goal is to make the product more intelligent, efficient, and reliable for real-world use.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current version already includes the core functionality of the product, such as AI-assisted document editing, content generation, and basic workflow support.

However, some advanced features—especially those related to AI Agent automation—are still under development and may not yet be fully stable or optimized.”

Will this software be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We do not plan to change the base price after Early Access.

However, if we introduce major new features or modules in the future, they may be released as optional DLC, which could be either free or paid depending on the scope and complexity of the content.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback is an important part of our development process.

MetaDoc includes a built-in feedback feature that allows users to submit suggestions or report issues directly from within the app, making it easier for us to understand real user needs during daily use.

We regularly review user feedback and use it to improve existing features, prioritize new functions, and make MetaDoc more practical for real writing workflows.”

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

MetaDoc uses generative AI to assist users in writing, editing, and structuring documents. AI features include text generation, rewriting, summarization, and outline creation.

AI services are provided and managed by MetaDoc through its own backend infrastructure. Users can access AI features using in-app credits or subscriptions purchased via Steam.

A limited free quota may be available for initial experience and testing purposes.

All AI-generated content is initiated, controlled, and reviewed by the user. Users are responsible for the content they generate and choose to use.
