End User License Agreement (EULA)

MetaDoc grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes.2. AI Features & Third-Party Services
Some features of the Software rely on third-party Large Language Model (LLM) API providers (such as OpenAI or locally hosted models).Users are responsible for:
- Obtaining valid API keys or access credentials
- Complying with the terms of the respective service providers
- Any costs incurred through API usage
The Software does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party AI services.
3. Local AI Features
Future versions of the Software may include local AI inference features.These features may require additional hardware resources (such as a dedicated GPU).
Performance may vary depending on the user's system configuration.
4. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.We do not guarantee that:
- The Software will be error-free or uninterrupted
- AI-generated content will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any purpose
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers shall not be liable for:- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss or business interruption
- Issues caused by third-party services
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the Software for:- Illegal activities
- Generating harmful, abusive, or prohibited content
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
7. Updates & Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this agreement at any time.8. Termination
This license may be terminated if you violate these terms.9. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by applicable international laws and regulations.10. Data & Privacy
The Software does not collect or store user content unless explicitly required for functionality.Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations when using third-party AI services.
By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this EULA.
