When will Marupoyo: The Round Chick's Adventure launch?

Marupoyo: The Round Chick's Adventure will be released this year. A specific date will be announced later.

What kind of players can enjoy the game?

The game is designed for everyone, having an easy accessibility in the controls (just need to tilt the controller to play!) and with only one action: brake. Also, the Family Mode adds elements to avoid players dying, allowing players that like cozy games to play and have fun. However, the gamer mode brings more speed, deathly elements and adds lots of challenges to the game, such as beating the clock, getting the badge for not losing lives or the Pro player badge for not using brakes.

Story Summary

Marupoyo is a unique chick born so round he can’t walk — he can only roll! Though initially mocked for his clumsiness, he becomes the village’s only hope when a massive tornado scatters his family across the kingdom.

Guided by the Queen of Nature, Marupoyo rolls through forests, icy mountains, sandy deserts and volcanoes to stop an exiled Alchemist whose experiments are destroying the world. Along the way, he rescues his siblings and proves that his unique way of moving is actually a superpower - always rolling forward! Without fear, he will restore peace and become the kingdom's greatest hero.

Gameplay Elements

★ Physics Movements: tilt the board to move game elements.

★ Walls and floors: Colliding, Movable, walk-through and Bumpy.

★ Adversaries: Path Followers that may bump or defeat you.

★ Dangers: Cliffs, Holes, Water, Lava and Corruption will be hazardous.

★ Natural Hurdles: such as Water streams, Ice, Grass and Bumpy Mushrooms.

★ Family Mode: Cotton Clouds will cover most of the dangers in the levels.

★ Gamer Mode: Normal gameplay with all the challenges available.

Collectables and Challenges

★ Rescue all the family members during your trip. Once saved, you can visit them in your hometown and improve bonds with corn.

★ Win against the clock in Time Attack challenges in every level and earn extra Corn prizes (and a badge to be proud of!)

★ Collect all the Corn within a level and win an extra Corn prize (and again, medals for you!)

★ Find all the music tracks hidden in the game.

Family game mode

★ This mode is a bit slower, takes deathly stuff and adds clouds to avoid falling, reducing frustration.

★ Clouds will be bouncy, to keep it fun.

★ This mode eliminates the visual fear of younger players. (I don’t want to fall into lava)

Accessibility

★ Motion Sick toggle, to quit floor movement on screen and reduce dizziness.

★ Sound volume split with Music, VO and Sound Effects.
