The City - Remastered!

Originally released for Talisman: 4th Edition in 2013, The City Expansion is consistently one of the most highly-rated and revered expansions among 4th Edition players, to this day.

In Talisman: Digital 5th Edition - The City Classic, we’ve taken this iconic expansion and updated it from the ground-up to fit within the 5th Edition ruleset and style. With refreshed artwork, updated card rules and new cards to use in the Deck Editor, there’s something for new and veteran Talisman players alike when you step into The City again!

What’s in The City Expansion?

A Whole New City to Explore

The City adds a new corner to the Talisman: Digital 5th Edition board, allowing players to explore the dangerous streets and back-alleys of the City, if they dare! From amazing places to spend your hard earned gold like magical emporiums and apothecaries, to less savoury places like the jail and the Rogue’s Guild, you never know what you’ll stumble across.

New Adventurers

The City Classic brings 6 new characters to the Talisman: Digital 5th Edition roster:

• The Cat Burglar, who specializes in ‘unique discounts’ - otherwise known as stealing items and gold, bypassing the need for honest coin entirely.

• The Bounty Hunter doesn’t see heroes or villains, he only sees a payday. Stalking the streets, he’s ready to collect the price on anyone’s head foolish enough to cross his path.

• The Spy, a trader in the City’s most valuable currency: secrets. But will the secrets of the Crown of Command bring him out of the shadows for the first time?

• The Tinkerer, with his pockets full of gears and a mind full of blueprints. He can’t wait to see what new discoveries he makes during his adventure.

• The Tavern Maid, who offers respite to the weary and a drink to the thirsty, charming her way through danger with a warm smile. 

• The Elementalist, drawing raw power from their surroundings to shift their form and strength, unleashing the very spirit of the world upon those who try to stop them reaching the Crown.

New Cards and three new Endings

Look forward to seeing your favourite City cards lovingly rendered in the 5th Edition style, with over 80 iconic adventure cards included in The City Classic.

Also included in this expansion are 18 Wanted Poster Cards, 8 Stables Cards, 16 Potion Cards, 12 Armoury Cards, 12 Pet Cards and 16 Magic Emporium cards!
