In most games, you play as a villager. In LoCoMo, you play as the village.

LoCoMo is a cozy sandbox village builder where you design a living world of towns, shops, and train routes at your own pace. Thousands of tiny villagers live their own lives inside the world you create—forming relationships, caring for pets, building routines, and reacting to the communities and routes you design.

Unlike traditional city builders, LoCoMo is a cozy simulation where the world grows and evolves on its own. As your world expands, villagers travel along your railways, visit shops, and develop lives that change in real time.
