LoCoMo is a cozy, creative world-building game about shaping living landscapes and watching them come to life.

You begin with an open canvas and a handful of tools. By laying tracks, paths, and boat routes, you guide how the world grows. Villages emerge, neighborhoods expand, and ports form as thousands of townsfolk move in and adapt to what you create. Every change happens in real time, making the world feel responsive, alive, and uniquely yours.

There are no rigid systems or fixed layouts to lock you in. You’re free to experiment, rearrange, decorate, and reshape the environment at any moment. Small changes ripple outward such as a new route, a line of trees, or a splash of color transforming the world in surprising ways.

It's the train set mixed with the sandbox you wished you had as a kid.  It's MSPaint on top of an interactive aquarium. Have you ever played Stardew Valley and wished that instead of walking around its beautiful pixel art landscapes, you were building them?  It's Animal Crossing charm meets Sim City urban design, with a dash of Minecraft creativity on top of Factorio inspired systems.

LoCoMo is designed to feel intuitive, relaxing, and endlessly expressive. It’s about building freely and watching the world respond.
