About This Game

Many of us have wished, at least once, that we could erase a single day — the one after which everything changed. But what if that day refuses to let you go? And what if moving forward means going back first, to where it all began?

One day that never ends. One year that won't let go.

WriteNor is a first-person psychological horror about a mind that won't leave itself in peace. You play as Johnny, and the first thing you'll notice is that his "today" doesn't move. The same walls, the same light, the same silence between one breath and the next. Then you close your eyes — and you're a year in the past, in the office, on the day it all began.

It was warm there. Nori was there — the one who came out to meet you first, when no one else did. You'll want to stay a little longer. But the past doesn't ask permission — it keeps moving forward, scene by scene, closer to the day Johnny has forbidden himself to think about. And sooner or later, the frozen "now" and the unfolding "then" will meet — right where the truth usually lives.

The game never sits in one genre for more than a couple of scenes: you'll explore, sift through someone else's messages for answers, choose lines that decide how Johnny will remember a moment, and simply watch a day unfold that refuses to end.

FEATURES

  • Two realities, one truth — a frozen present and an unfolding past that slowly converge

  • Gameplay that keeps changing shape — exploration, branching dialogue, investigation through files and messages, atmospheric puzzles

  • A world that remembers more than its protagonist — rooms repeat, voices return out of order, objects aren't where they were left

  • Nori — the one warm trace in a world Johnny is trying so hard to forget

There are no weapons. All you have is attention to detail — and the willingness to remember what was once buried alive.
