🪪 Hack → Forge → Sell Pull real identity data from police databases using your phone. Build convincing fake IDs. Sell them to customers who can't ask questions. Quality, risk, and price are your problem.

🏪 Cover → Expand → Dominate Start with one shady storefront. Grow into a multi-business empire across the city. Every shop is a cover. The bigger you get, the harder it is to look clean.

🚓 Bribe → Evade → Survive Police inspections don't announce themselves. Suspicion builds quietly until it doesn't. Bribe the right people. One careless move and everything disappears — including you.

💰 Launder → Reinvest → Repeat Dirty money becomes clean businesses. Clean businesses fund dirtier operations. Upgrade your shops, automate your covers, go deeper underground.
