You wake up inside a capsule. Experiments begin. One of you becomes the monster, and the rest must escape. This is a 4v1 asymmetrical horror where winning is not about outgunning anything; it is about thinking clearly under pressure and solving the way out.

Every match reshuffles the stage. The level layout and puzzle flow are procedurally generated, forcing you to adapt, communicate, and improvise. You can solve objectives alone, but survival is rarely a solo plan. Injuries matter. When a teammate goes down, you may need to carry them back to healing capsules before the monster finishes the job.

Your voice is always on, and it matters. Proximity voice is mandatory and calibrated for whispering, speaking, and shouting. Talking steadies your mind and reduces the distortion of sanity, but loud voices reveal your position. Shout to trigger a short adrenaline surge, boosting movement and interaction speed, then pay for it when your voice gives out and you start coughing, struggling to coordinate with your team.

If the monster consumes a downed survivor, it steals what made them dangerous: their Perk and Quirk. Those stolen traits stack for the rest of the match, turning each elimination into momentum the survivors can feel. That snowball threat is why survivors hesitate to leave anyone behind.

Escape if you can. Because in this lab, being found is only the beginning.
