SUBJECT: ASSIGNMENT OF CONTROL POST — STATE DEALERSHIP No. 7.

CITIZEN:

You have been selected to fill the position of supervisor at the Central Region State Vehicle Dealership. Your loyalty to the Republic will be demonstrated through your precision and efficiency. The State has determined that absolute control over the vehicle fleet and the sale of automobiles is essential for national security in the wake of the 1998 crisis.

YOUR DUTIES:

1. RECEIPT OF DOCUMENTATION: Receive and review title deeds, registration certificates, technical inspection reports, and safe-conduct passes for vehicles presented by citizens.

2. DATA VERIFICATION: Cross-check the information on the documents against the Ministry of Transportation’s databases and the Secret Police’s security lists. Any discrepancy, forged stamp, or irregularity in the dates will result in immediate rejection.

3. VEHICLE INSPECTION: Ensure that vehicles comply with current regulations and the specifications in the workshop manual, and that they do not conceal illegal modifications or contraband items.

4. TRANSACTION AUDIT: Authorize or deny the purchase or sale of each vehicle. Your decisions will be reviewed at the end of the day by senior inspectors.

Incompetence will not be tolerated. Any error or omission in the verification
