“吸血鬼是一款以剧情为推动的动作游戏，玩家扮演着一个不幸被吸血鬼所感染的医生，在瘟疫弥漫扩散的城市里做出自己的抉择。游戏的战斗略为粗糙，虽然有着技能树，但是可供选择的输出方式依然过少。地图并不大，但是一些捷径的解锁比较违和，堂堂高阶吸血鬼会被一个铁栅栏/门锁为难住。剧情相当优秀且考验人性，玩家可以选择收割居民什么来快速提高自己实力，也可以选择制作药品拯救苍生，而剧情的结尾则取决于玩家流程中的选择。”
