“劇情選擇導向RPG作品，扮演被轉換成吸血鬼的醫生，透過夜班醫生偽裝暗地調查真相，遊戲劇情相當豐富，故事選擇會一定程度影響到市民與區域發展，戰鬥系統主要襯托吸血鬼設定，戰鬥殺敵只有個位或雙位數經驗值，而主角花時間去瞭解、幫助的NPC才是經驗的最大來源，不對市民NPC下手會因為等級過低讓戰鬥難度提高，若對市民下手會影響整個故事發展與結局，吸血鬼醫生要克制自己的帶入感十足，喜歡吸血鬼、劇情向一定要試試看”
