About This Demo

VILLAIN – Path of the Necromancer is a dark narrative adventure where you don’t play the hero… but the villain.

You are a necromancer struggling to survive, decide, and build in a hostile world. Each scene blends management, exploration, unit creation, and wave-based defense, allowing you to face challenges through very different approaches: careful planning, desperate improvisation, or ruthless tactical cruelty.

The game focuses on deep yet streamlined systems, designed so every mechanic supports the others without overwhelming the player. Choices matter, resources are scarce, and every mistake leaves a mark.

All of this is presented through a traditional comic-inspired art style, dark and expressive, reinforcing the narrative tone and the identity of the world.

About the Full Game

The full version of VILLAIN – Path of the Necromancer will feature 11 scenes, additional narrative paths, expanded systems, new enemies, and events that deepen the necromancer’s evolution and growing dominion.

This demo marks the beginning of the journey… and only a small part of what lies ahead.
