About This Game

There’s no safe starting point. No tutorial level that holds your hand.

You wake up on the side of a road with only your instincts and whatever scrap you can find. You don’t get much time—seven minutes—before the "Infection" smells you and the local horde swarms.

INSIGHT is a third-person, realistic survival experience built around one core idea: every decision costs something.

In every run, you:

• Infiltrate grounded, fortified deathtraps like the Deadbolt Motel or wrecked hospitals.

• Scavenge for physical supplies—duct tape, canned food, and old bandages—while the sound of every kicked-in door draws "Walkers".

• Cooperate with friends, or leave them at the gate to keep the loot for yourself. That's the apocalypse.

• Race against a fixed 7-minute timer.

If you reach the reinforced safe house before the timer expires, you survive. Otherwise, you're left exposed in the open to secure the entire area alone and face a location-based boss. Defeating that boss will once again unlock the safe house.

The Infection is real.

This is a biological virus. If you get bitten or scratched, your infection meter increases. You’ll notice your character start to cough and lose stamina. There are no magic perks here, only rare antibiotics to slow the progression. Each round, this will reset, or you will have less infection.

Death in INSIGHT is permanent:

• If you die, your survivor stays dead for the round. They come back as a basic, empty-handed survivor the next round in multiplayer.

• All weapons and gear—from your lead pipe to your 9mm—are lost forever.

• There are no revives. Your only defense is a desperate, two-handed shove to keep teeth away from your neck.
