Why Early Access?

“We're building the airline sim we always wanted to play. Early Access means you get in now while the core is solid: routes work, planes fly, money flows. But there's more we're working on: deeper crew management, more aircraft, the full EOS endgame system, and whatever else the community tells us matters.
We'd rather build this with players than in a vacuum. You'll see updates. You'll see us break things and fix them. You'll have a direct line to shape what this becomes.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“6-12 months is the target. The core game loop is already there. You can build an airline, run routes, manage your fleet, and chase profitability right now. What's left is depth: more systems, more content, more polish. I'm not here to sit in Early Access for three years. I want to ship this thing.

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Current development focus includes:

Simulation Mode with full preflight operations
Technology systems (CrewWise, WebLogic, YieldMaster, MaintenancePro)
Aircraft maintenance and A-Check system
Deeper crew mechanics including fatigue and legality
Multiplayer and competitive elements
More aircraft variants and livery customization
Improved tutorials and onboarding

Development priorities may shift based on player feedback and what makes the game better. Nothing is guaranteed except that I'm working on it.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Playable. You can start an airline, buy aircraft, build a route network, run flights, and watch money come in (or bleed out if you screw up). The world map tracks your planes in real-time. Financials scale properly from regional puddle jumps to transatlantic widebody runs.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. Early Access price will be lower. You're taking a risk on an unfinished product and helping shape it. That should cost less.
Full release price goes up. If you wait for polish, you pay for polish.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Discord. Bug reports, feature requests, balance complaints, wild ideas — all of it goes there and we actually read it.
We're not building a game by committee. We have a vision for what this is. But if a bunch of pilots and aviation nerds tell me something feels wrong, we're listening. If someone catches a bug, it's probably fixed that day.
No roadmap theater. No fake community votes. Just direct access to the guy making it.”
