About This Game

A card game by the name of Magic Monsters is taking the country by storm. Itsuki Nakajou doesn't have many friends and isn't passionate about anything, but that all starts to change once he's introduced to the world of Magic Monsters. He soon finds out that there are people using Magic Monsters for their own nefarious purposes, and it's up to him to save the game he's grown to love!

Craft a winning deck of cards and battle your way to the top! From hotheaded classmates to seedy criminals, everyone's getting in on the Magic Monsters craze, and they're all ready and waiting to put you in your place! Don't know the first thing about card games? Never fear, these simple, speedy battles can be enjoyed by people from all walks of life! And if you're still struggling, you can always purchase booster packs to strengthen your deck and obtain rare cards!

Itsuki

Our timid protagonist. He has few passions or hobbies until Magic Monsters enters his life, opening the door to all sorts of new experiences. His favorite subject is language arts.

Lumina

Itsuki's classmate and best friend. Needless to say, they walk to school together every day. Her dad runs a card shop, and she always excitedly advertises their latest products in class. Her favorite subject is PE.

Rio

The Magic Monsters national champion. She's the same age as Itsuki, but nobody can match her in Magic Monsters. However, she rarely talks about herself, and her past is shrouded in mystery. Her victories always appear effortless. Her favorite subject is math.

Kurosaki

The boss of a shadowy organization. Charismatic enough to bring people together, yet cruel and relentless to those unlucky enough to find themselves under her thumb. Her favorite subject is art.
