“身为现实世界中的你，将要与虚拟世界的Niko一起冒险。超级令人震撼，无论是时不时弹出的使用玩家自己的电脑进行解谜，还是这一场美妙又精妙绝伦的旅途，充分体现了打破次元壁，而环环相扣的解谜与均有所用的道具之布置巧妙与场景设计更是一绝。剧情虽然很平淡化小，但带来的感触却很深，不止于拯救世界，还要恢复世界昔日的美丽，明暗线巧妙相融。拯救世界还是拯救朋友，“规则和程序是死的，但人和Niko是活的”，神作！”

This new version places the game within a mock OS, the World Machine OS, allowing the game to be played not only on Windows PCs, but on Steam Deck as well.
