The Earth is a hollow sphere with two sides: an external Lightside and an internal Darkside. In the Darkside village of Crysta, the mischievous Ark lives unaware of the world beyond. In 1995, the two-dimensional Japanese role-playing genre was at its absolute peak, but even among the beloved giants of the 16-bit era, Terranigma stands out with its unique world-building, snappy combat, enchanting soundtrack, and stunning graphics. It is truly a masterpiece, yet despite this, the game has never been re-released. Until now. 

The expressive characters of Terranigma were designed by renowned manga artist Kamui Fujiwara and hand-pixelled to perfection.
