Inspired by true events, the mystery begins when Jack's wife, Grace, vanishes at Stillwater Lake after investigating the suspicious death of a friend. The local authorities quickly ruled the initial incident a tragic accident, but Grace knew better. Desperate, Jack calls in a favour from you, his old park ranger partner.

In this first episode, you slip past the lockdown and onto the restricted waters of Stillwater Lake to carry out that dangerous favour and find her.

Returning to your old patrol routes, your deep knowledge of the terrain and a handheld radio are your only lifelines. You must stay in constant contact with Jack as you explore the fog-heavy shores and quiet restricted zones, piecing together the scattered notes left behind.

In this atmospheric, narrative-focused mystery, most of your journey is an isolating search for answers. But as you push further into the restricted zone, the tension builds. Uncover the grounded reality of the Stillwater murders.
