Why Early Access?

“The game is about 50% finished at this point. As a two-person indie VR studio, we want to use Early Access to accelerate completion. We also need to gather vital player feedback on balance, difficulty, skills and enemies, but we're already delivering a solid gaming experience in Early Access. Help us build the Dungeon of Doom! ”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“About 6 months, with regular content updates. Full 1.0 targeted for mid-2026, adjustable based on feedback and polish needs.

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Early Access offers 3 dungeon levels, three boss fights + Arena survival. For the full release, we have planned 7 levels and bosses in total, new enemy types/variations, skills, items and options, as well as polish and optimization and things like steam achievements and localization for more languages. We also plan to expand the existing levels and have voice acting for the Dungeon Lord, as well as other enhancements of the narrative elements. ”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Jump in now for several hours of dungeon slashing adventure: Complete Levels 1-3, best the legions of evil and explore the XP-based skill tree, the weapon fusing and upgrades at the Goblin Shop, and motion-controlled melee/magic combat in Story Mode or the Arena. Optimized for PC VR (Quest Link, Index, etc.) with randomization for replayability. ”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes— we're launching at an affordable price to thank early supporters. Expect a notable increase for the full version.
”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Through the game's Steam Community Hub Discussions (forums for feedback, bugs, suggestions) and on X (@_CyberGnosis_).

We'll share regular dev updates/news, respond to threads, run polls for ideas/balance, and credit player suggestions in patches. Join us and help build the Dungeon of Doom.
