About This Game

A Chess Boxing Game!

KING OUT is a 1v1 online multiplayer Chess-Boxing game where players muster the strategy within chaos. Draft your pieces, navigate your moves in chess, then nominate your piece to become a fighter, and box on the board against your opponent.

Capture or K.O. your opponent’s last King to win!

Draft Phase

Players start the game by taking turns drafting chess pieces. Place them on the board to your liking, within your 2 rows (ranks) of your side.

Chess Phase

Play chess for 4 turns using the pieces you drafted. All moves and rules follow the classic game of chess. After 4 turns, you choose a piece you own on the board to become a fighter.




Boxing Phase

Punch or block, and don't fall off! The more hits you take, the easier it becomes to fall off the board. After the time is up, you return to playing chess - but your piece stays where it is at the end of boxing. So position yourself wisely!




K.O!

Capture or Knock Out all of your opponent's King off the board to win!
