About This Game

"Alone" redefines psychological horror in a roguelite format, intertwining two lives marked by tragedy. Uncover Charles’s secrets within his nightmares and experience the absolute silence of Danny. This title balances desperate defense with non-linear storytelling to tackle themes of mental health and trauma, grounded in rigorous research for profound realism.

Alone features a decision-making system in 2D with a more classic style, which directly acts upon the 3D scenario and its ambiance, influencing the ending of your story.

Upon dying, you return to the beginning of the nightmare, but at the same time to a different moment in the story, with the opportunity to change your decisions to see other possible outcomes. This aims to guarantee a unique experience with each attempt.

It conveys the overwhelming feeling of enclosed spaces in first person, and the perspective of appreciating the wide panorama of chaos in third person.

A story that can be told from the end to the beginning, or vice versa, thanks to its homogeneity.
