“3-6 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to bring the rest of the chapters (which are far along) to you.

We will finger this out together with the community. We expect to have a wider range of tactile-based gameplay introduced, along with some deeply inside-the-box gameplay ideas coming down the pipeline.

This is almost ready, but we didn't want to leave you empty-handed for too long.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“WE WOULDN'T BE HERE IF WE WERE DONE. BUT HERE WE ARE.

The game works. It is not finished. We have a story to tell and new chapters to ship.
Chapter 1 is available for play. Chapters 2-5 will be released during the EA period.

You can explore the forest, solve puzzles and take your first steps into the descending story of Fingerbox.

Each chapter tells more of the mystery of Fingerbox.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually raise prices as we ship new chapters.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community's feedback are essential for finding the most compelling puzzle mechanics and suggesting new ideas for expanding gameplay.

Our community engagement will be a hands-on approach. We expect to fingerprint during this brief EA period exactly where our pentadactyl patrons are best enjoying pulling the threads on this handspun tale.”
