Your car breaks down in the desert. Searching for help leads you to an abandoned Saudi village and a castle. You go in looking for a way home. Getting back out will be harder.

Kashtah is a single-player, first-person psychological horror game set in an abandoned Saudi village. Explore by flashlight, investigate the clues left behind, solve the puzzles that open the way, and escape what hunts you.

Sweep your flashlight across majlis rooms laid with rugs and cushions, coffee vessels, and shadowed interiors. Explore the village and the castle, where familiar Saudi spaces become places of uncertainty.

Read what was left behind

Search for notes, examine objects, and look closely at your surroundings. Connect the clues you uncover as you investigate the mystery of the village and the castle.

Find what opens the way

Keys, tools and clues give your search a purpose. Search thoroughly, work out what each find is for, and solve the puzzles that stand between you and the way forward.

You are not alone here. Hostile encounters break into your investigation. When something starts hunting you, stop searching and run.
