“Entering Early Access will allow our team to continue working on the game's content and extra features for an extended amount of time while also responding to player feedback and building the community supporting our game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“About 10 - 12 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to add more content to the game including new characters, stages, in-game items, game modes and optional unlockable content such as cosmetics and achievements.
We are also planning to incorporate a single-player story mode focused on the main four characters that ties in the rest of the roster as well.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The core gameplay is feature-complete and will continue to be balanced throughout Early Access. Content-wise, the game includes a total of 12 characters and 8 stages. Both local and online Battle modes are available. Single-player Arcade mode is available. Album mode is in development and includes the first batch of collectibles.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan on updating the price before releasing the full version of the game.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will be hosting Early Access specific playtests and events periodically in order to test new features and balance existing ones.”

About This Game

Don Pepe is the host of the hottest game show on the air, where contestants from all over the world clash in intense water balloon fights!

What started as a simple plan to scam children has now grown into a legitimate sport, and there can only be one winner. ¿Do you have what it takes?

  • Intense water ballon fights with wacky, colorful characters and a catchy soundtrack.

  • Choose from a variety of characters, stages and rules to duke it out with your friends in Battle Mode!

  • Aim for a high score in Arcade Mode and become the new champion!

  • Discover the secrets behind Don Pepe and this whole water balloon sport thing in Story Mode, 

  • Set up your own competition in Tournament Mode!

  • Battle both locally and online with up to 4 players.

 Try out Battle Mode and Arcade Mode in our new demo! Online support currently available via Remote Play.

  • Throw water balloons at your opponents, run and roll to dodge theirs! Each character moves and throws a bit different.

  • Positioning is key! Use obstacles and be careful when refilling your balloons at water fountains.

  • You automatically aim at a single opponent, change your target stratefically or use manual aiming for more precision.

  • Use items to get an edge in combat! Recover health, instantly refill balloons, get a stamina boost, and more.
