Why Early Access?

“We want Early Access to be meaningful in Dravo’s Twisted Show development, allowing us to validate the game’s feel and direction with players beyond internal testing.
While we’ve conducted playtests with external testers, we believe a broader player community will confirm the game’s fun, engaging, and intuitive experience.
Community feedback will refine enemy, map, progression, difficulty, and other gameplay systems, helping us balance and make informed decisions.
Early Access will allow us to explore new ideas with players. The game will launch with enough content for different challenges and a complete experience, leaving room for community influence on future levels, environments, enemies, and minigames.
We plan to release new content monthly, making the community an active part of ongoing development.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Dravo’s Twisted Show to remain in Early Access for approximately six months.
During this period, we plan to release new content and updates on a monthly basis while using player feedback to refine the game’s balance, progression, difficulty, and overall experience.
Our current target is to release the full version of the game in March 2027. This timeline may be adjusted slightly depending on the feedback we receive during Early Access and the development needs of the game.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version will provide the core Dravo’s Twisted Show experience, with enough content for players to explore the game, its different challenges, and difficulty levels.
Throughout Early Access, we plan to expand the game with new maps, enemies, objects, gameplay elements, and additional features based both on our development roadmap and on feedback from the community. We also plan to introduce new tools and quality-of-life improvements as development progresses.
By the time we reach the full release, we expect Dravo’s Twisted Show to feature a more complete selection of content, refined gameplay balance and progression, improved difficulty tuning, and a more polished overall experience based on what we learn from our players during Early Access.
Early Access will not be the end of the game's development. We intend to continue supporting the game after the full release with additional content and improvements.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version of Dravo’s Twisted Show will include 6 playable maps, featuring 1 main enemy and 1 secondary enemy.
Players will have access to 38 minigames in total: 29 unique minigames and 9 additional variants. The game can be played from beginning to end with the content available in Early Access, with difficulty progressively increasing throughout each level.
The core gameplay systems are already implemented, including player movement, interaction, enemy patrolling, and enemy attacks.
During Early Access, we will continue developing and improving several systems, including the map purchase and unlock system, UI improvements, and expanded interactions with characters. These improvements will be developed alongside the additional content planned for future updates.
Our goal is for the Early Access version to provide a complete and enjoyable experience from day one, while giving us room to refine and expand the game based on player feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We plan to add a significant amount of content between Early Access and the 1.0 release, so the price will increase to reflect the scope and value of the final game. We also want to reward players who support us during Early Access, as their feedback will help shape the final experience.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to involve the community by actively listening to their feedback, suggestions, and experiences throughout Early Access. We’ll gather feedback from Steam, content creators, and their audiences, while also using our Discord community as a more direct space for suggestions, bug reports, and discussions. This feedback will help us prioritize improvements and shape the game as development progresses.”
