“DriftBorne is releasing in Early Access so players can enjoy Episode One and Two now while supporting the development of Episode Three. This allows us to deliver a polished, immersive experience for the full season.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Season 1 consists of three episodes. Early Access updates are planned roughly every 6 months. Episode One and Two are available now, Episode Three will be added for free to Early Access owners as they are completed. Expect Season one to be fully completed before the end of 2026.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full Season 1 includes all three episodes, expanding the story, introducing new characters, and adding meaningful choices. Each episode builds on the previous one, providing a deeper, more immersive experience. Players can expect several hours of additional content per episode, making the season a substantial and engaging journey.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Episode One and Two are fully playable and story-complete for this part of the season.

Contains branching storylines, meaningful choices, sexual content, nudity, and contextual violence.

Gameplay duration: 2–3 hours.”
