Then an upgrade looked affordable. Then another tree appeared. Then your axe got some company.

This is an active incremental game about a very reasonable plan that keeps acquiring one more step. Guide an automatically swinging axe with your mouse, chop through a timed round, and spend the wood on whatever makes the next harvest more tempting.

THE SHOPPING LIST GETS INTERESTING

A harder hit? A faster swing? Helper axes picking their own targets? There is a branching skill tree to spend your harvest on, plus fire, lightning, and a Grand Axe further along the way.

EVEN A BUSY AXE NEEDS A TRIP HOME

End an expedition to bank the Moonstones you collected. They buy permanent camp upgrades. Your expedition wood and skills reset, but the camp improvements come with you next time.

Twelve tree species lead toward an ancient Sakura. That is the big goal. The much smaller goal is whatever upgrade you are looking at right now.

Rounds are timed, and you choose when to start the next one. Pause or use your local save whenever you want a break. The forest does not earn anything while the game is closed.
