About This Game

You arrive in a fractured world where the towns no longer function and the systems that once sustained them have fallen apart. You are the only one who can carry lumen without being consumed by it, and the only one who can begin putting things back together. The more you take, the less certain it feels that it was ever yours to keep

Lumen Is Everything

  • Every system in the world runs on one resource, Lumen. Every upgrade, every decision, every step forward draws from the same source. Become stronger and let your villages suffer, or restore the villages at the cost of your power.

Sail Between Fractured Shores

  • Travel across a scattered chain of islands, each one shaped by what it lost. The distance between them matters. Sailing is not just movement, it is part of the rhythm. New shores bring new materials, new pressure, and new reasons to keep going.

Growth You Can Feel

  • Progress starts immediately and builds fast. Gather, Fish, Craft, Upgrade, and Grow Stronger. What once took effort begins to take seconds. The change is noticeable, and it keeps building as you push forward.

Restore Towns and Automate Production

  • Towns begin broken and incomplete. You repair structures, reopen trade, and bring systems back online. Over time, those systems begin to run without you. Workers gather, process, and produce while you explore.

Combat That Keeps You Moving

  • You are not alone in this world. Enemies appear without warning. Dash, parry, kick, and strike corrupted foes while using melee combat and single active spell. Gems modify its effects with burning fields, healing sparks, knockbacks, and more.

The World Remembers

  • The people here have histories that stretch across islands, and the world does not explain them to you. You notice things over time. Conversations change. Places feel different. The more you rebuild, the more everything begins to connect, and the more the world starts to respond to what you’ve done.

  • The more you take, the harder it is to ignore a simple truth: It might not be yours to keep.

About The Developer

The Shores of Stellaluna is being developed by a solo developer named Dustin.

After years in the art industry, I stepped away into a more traditional job, but the need to create never went away. This world grew out of that, shaped over five years of learning, iteration, and thousands of hours of playtesting from a community I deeply appreciate.

In a time where so much is AI-generated, I wanted to build something that felt personal. While the game uses assets from a few different artists, everything in it has been designed, shaped, and refined by hand without the use of AI.

This isn’t a game for everyone. But if it’s for you, you’ll know it right away.
