About This Game

FrontWars is a free-to-play real-time strategy game where hundreds of players fight over one shared world map. Start with a single patch of land, grow it into an empire and outplay everyone else, in matches that take minutes, not hours. No pay-to-win, ever.

Conquer the world

Every match starts the same way: a tiny piece of land and a map full of rivals. Expand into empty land, squeeze your weaker neighbours, and race to become the biggest nation on the map before anyone else does.

Build an empire

  • Cities, ports, factories and railroads: trains carry goods between your cities and pay you gold on every delivery.

  • Trade ships sail between your ports and your partners'.

  • Defense posts, SAM launchers and warships keep it all standing.

Ally, betray, conquer

  • Form alliances, send gold and troops to friends, or embargo your rivals.

  • Fight on every front: land offensives, naval landings and warship battles.

  • When diplomacy fails, missile silos launch atom bombs, hydrogen bombs and MIRVs that wipe whole nations off the map.

  • Classic for a calmer game with time to build, Fast for a quicker economy, and Chaos for random twists like No Nukes or Instant Build.
