“We plan to add new levels, entities, and mechanics that expand the Backrooms universe. The final version will feature more areas to explore, refined AI behavior, and deeper survival systems.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version includes the main gameplay loop, sanity and oxygen systems, functional AI, and core Backrooms environments. It’s fully playable, but we’ll continue polishing visuals, audio, and performance.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We don’t plan to change the price after Early Access, but it may be adjusted slightly if major new content is added.”

About This Game

LAST CHANCE

You were sent to follow the trail of an expedition that never came back. The environments feel familiar, yet none of them are normal-something’s wrong, and you’re not alone.

The deeper you go, the more you understand why no one returned. This place bends space, shifts memory, and hides figures just out of sight. Shadows move without sound. Footsteps echo from somewhere behind you. Shapes linger at the end of corridors and vanish when you blink. Every entity you encounter here is faster, stronger, and entirely aware of you. There is no fighting back-only hiding, running, or hoping your breathing doesn’t give you away.
