About This Game

Revery Effect is a 2D sandbox adventure. Explore an endlessly generated world stretching ever farther into the distance, travel through diverse biomes, delve into underground caves, encounter strange creatures, and discover structures, ruins, and secrets scattered throughout the world.

The world is yours to reshape. Dig through the terrain, gather resources, and build wherever you choose. Design automated production lines and logic systems, establish distant outposts, and construct the infrastructure that connects them as you venture farther into the unknown in your own way.

Along the way, you will encounter all kinds of life and gradually uncover the world's forgotten past. Ancient ruins, lost technologies, and traces scattered across the world hold the history of this planet and the civilizations that once lived upon it.

The game supports both LAN and online multiplayer. Explore on your own or journey together with friends.

Revery Effect is fully open-source and designed with modding in mind from the beginning. Anyone can create mods in Java, adding new content, mechanics, and possibilities that allow the world to keep growing.
