About This Demo

It's chess, but with deckbuilding and dragons.

Build your own army from a growing roster of new pieces, design the board you fight on, and take your creations into ranked play.

Will you outwit, outmanoeuvre, or out-explode your way to victory?

You're not limited to the standard pieces. Spend your budget on a horde of cheap pawns, or splurge on something with wings.

• Dragon: Breathes fire, destroying all three pieces in front of it. Including yours.

• Fusefort: Explodes when it captures or is captured, wiping out everything on that square and either side.

• Spearman: A pawn that can sidestep, or lunge to attack two squares ahead.

• Warden: A castle that somehow learned to jump. It can only reach two squares now, but still.

• Cracked Pawn: Cheaper and weaker, freeing up budget for your heavy hitters.
