A Roguelike About Research and Corruption

In Veilbreaker, you find yourself in the K2-18 star system, where everything has collapsed. The game takes you through waves of enemies until you discover a rift in the solar system. By opening the rift, you unlock a new game mode in which, during a single run, you gain access to powerful upgrades while battling an ever-increasing corruption.

In this retro-inspired roguelike bullet hell, you raise the world tier to face greater threats but with them come even more threats.

Progress Through Research
Unlock new powers and even plants. These strongly affect your available strategies and how far you can progress. Customize which plants you use to take on challenges and reach the end!

If the game feels too hard or too easy, you can tailor the experience using a built-in difficulty adjuster. All players are welcome!

Roguelike Core
Several game modes are built around a roguelike core, where you gain and upgrade powers during a run, alongside a system that allows you to push further each time you start over.
