Anomalous Coffee Machine 2 – NSFW DLC is a key. Nothing more, nothing less. It does not add new gameplay, new endings, or new storylines. It simply unlocks what was always hidden: the full and uncensored scenes from the Cup of Sex—the most dangerous, intimate brew the Machine ever produced.

In the base game, the Cup of Sex was sealed behind redacted protocols. You could request it, but the simulation filtered its visual and behavioral data through heavy censorship.
With this DLC, those restrictions are lifted.
